Originally, I was a high school English teacher in the Francis Howell School district, but that was over twenty-five years ago; my professional life had taken me into the healthcare field for most of the last quarter of a century, but now I’m pivoting and serving people in a different fashion: as a team member of Tyler Hopkins’ State Farm. Throughout my professional adventures, my family, friends and Faith have been my rock. I’ve been married to my supportive wife, Connie, for thirty years this August and we’ve been blessed with three amazing kids: our twenty-seven year old son, Kevin, and his wife, Ally; our twenty-five year old son, Connor, and his wife, Allie; and last, but not least, our eighteen year old daughter, Lucy. And I must include our quirky, but loving Siberian Husky, Milo. We haven’t been blessed with any grandchildren YET, so I enjoy spending time with my kids when their schedules permit, cooking and grilling, and getting outside, although I must admit that I have my streaming addictions to sit-coms, documentaries, and many genres of movies.
